8. Mentoring Services

8.1 Service Description

Elysian Mentors provides business mentoring services to clients. These services may include one-on-one mentoring sessions, group workshops, strategic planning sessions, and access to educational resources.

8.2 Payment and Fees

Payment for services must be made in accordance with the rates and terms established at the time of engagement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.

8.3 Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a mentoring session, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being counted as delivered with no refund or replacement session offered.

8.4 Confidentiality

8.5 Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, frameworks, and resources provided during mentoring services remain the intellectual property of Elysian Mentors. You are granted a limited license to use these materials for your personal or business development only.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
